Zum Ablauf Check in/Out

Stornierungsrichtlinien


  1. Check IN ab 14 - 21 Uhr / Check In für Ferienwohnung in Porlezza ab 9 - 16 Uhr von Mo - Sa
  2. Check OUT zwischen 7 - 10 Uhr (nach 10 Uhr Mehrkosten von 50.- Euro)
  3. Bei Ankunft bitte an der Rezeption mit ihrem Namen, Ausweis, Buchungsunterlagen (Bungalow, Chalet Nr.) melden. Upon arrival, please report to reception with your name, ID and booking documents (bungalow, chalet number). All'arrivo, si prega di presentarsi alla reception con il proprio nome, carta d'identità e documenti di prenotazione (bungalow, chalet No.)
  4. Sie erhalten die Wegbeschreibung, sowie den Schlüssel zu Ihrem Bungalow, nachdem Sie die Tourismusabgabe bezahlt haben. You will receive the route description and the key to your bungalow after you have paid the city tax. Riceverai la descrizione del percorso e la chiave del tuo bungalow dopo aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno.
  5. Stornierungsbedingungen: Bis zu 14 Tage vor der Anreise können Gäste kostenfrei stornieren. Der Gast zahlt im Falle einer Stornierung in den 14 Tagen vor der Anreise einen Betrag in Höhe des Gesamtpreises. //Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation in the 14 days prior to arrival, the guest pays an amount equal to the total price. //Gli ospiti possono cancellare gratuitamente fino a 14 giorni prima dell'arrivo. In caso di cancellazione nei 14 giorni precedenti l'arrivo, l'ospite paga un importo pari al prezzo totale.
  6. Bezahlung/Payment/Pagare:

    Der Gast entrichtet als Vorauszahlung zu jeder Zeit einen Betrag in Höhe des Gesamtpreises.

    Sie akzeptieren Vorauszahlungen durch: Banküberweisung oder Paypal.

    The guest pays an advance payment at any time equal to the total price.

    They accept prepayments through: Bank transfer or Paypal.

    L'ospite versa in qualsiasi momento un anticipo pari al prezzo totale.

    Si accettano pagamenti anticipati tramite: Bonifico bancario o Paypal.

  7. Buchungsbestätigung: Nach Zahlungseingang bekommen Sie die definitive Buchungsbestätigung.
  8. After receipt of payment you will receive the definitive booking confirmation.

  9. Dopo avere ricevuto il pagamento riceverai la conferma definitiva della prenotazione.

Ich möchte Sie darauf hinweisen, dass Sie mit Ihrer Buchung den Gesamtbetrag zu überweisen haben. Alle Informationen bekommen Sie per Email mitgeteilt.
